Dynapac has announced the appointment of Nikhil Sapre as the new President effective October 1, 2024. Nikhil is succeeding Paul Hense who will join FAYAT Group as Vice President for FAYAT Road Equipment Division, after close to 10 years at Dynapac.
Nikhil Sapre holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Accounting and has worked for TATA Motors and Atlas Copco in India before starting his international career joining Atlas Copco in Belgium and later Dynapac in Wardenburg, Germany in 2014.
During his ten years at Dynapac, Nikhil has held the positions of Vice President Finance and recently Vice President Sales & Marketing. Nikhil has successfully increased market share, profitability and revenue, and strengthened the Sales & Marketing organization by setting up Dynapac lnternational.
Nikhil will lead Dynapac with a focus on growth, digitalization, and strong corporate social responsibility.
