All in one box Conveyor Chain Kit includes chains, conveyor bars and dowel sleeves. Chains should be checked and cleaned daily. Visual check of all components within conveyor system is recommended.

Proper maintenance will ensure longer lifetime of components and performance providing a continuous flow of material from the hopper through to the auger system.
Helpful hints:
Check and adjust the tightness of the chains daily. If chains are too tight-it will result in high wear on chains and bearing causing unexpected damage. If chains are too loose, there is a risk of jumping chain, mechanical damage.
It is recommended to change all chains at the same time. This should be done during a scheduled maintenance
