Vacancies fluctuate as demands change and all job postings can be found on the job portal. However, manufacturing sites are located in Sweden, Germany, India, China, and Brazil with distribution centres in USA, Germany and China. You can therefore expect to find several vacancies open in these countries. In addition to this we do have sales companies and our customer centres are based in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Russia, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, US, Canada, Dubai, Africa Middle Asia, Singapore (Asia Pacific), China and India.
Corporate language is English and having solid knowledge about local language is of course meriting and for some position also a prerequisite. So, although not strictly enforced, Dynapac operates in English to accommodate the language proficiency of the majority of our international workforce but of course in local languages as well.
This is largely dependent on location. Some of our branches are located in very international cities and as such see much more teams. However, diversity, as well as inclusion and fairness, are core values we strive to foster within our organization and as such our recruitment operations generally involve individuals varying in terms of gender, orientation, nationality, beliefs, and political affiliation.

Several of our employees have embraced the home-office approach in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
