Dynapac North America Welcomes Bill Nittinger Back — Returning to His Dynapac Roots

26 Feb 2026

Press release

Dynapac North America is proud to announce the appointment of Bill Nittinger as Business Development Manager – Heavy Equipment, marking a return to the brand where much of his passion for the compaction and paving industry was shaped.

With more than 36 years of experience across OEM leadership, dealer operations, and distributor management, Nittinger brings a deep and balanced perspective to Dynapac’s growth strategy. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in both dealership and OEM environments, overseeing retail and rental business units, strengthening dealer performance, and driving sustained market growth.

Now, Nittinger returns to the Dynapac brand — truly back to his Dynapac roots — with a renewed focus on expanding dealer and key account partnerships across North America.

In his new role, Nittinger will be responsible for advancing Heavy Equipment Business Development through the dealer channel and key accounts, optimizing the existing dealer network while identifying new dealers and strategic customers to grow Dynapac’s sales and market share. His scope includes managing open territories and evaluating segmentation opportunities between soil and asphalt markets where needed.

“Bill’s return to Dynapac represents more than a new appointment — it’s a homecoming,” said Matt Nelson, Director of Sales, Dynapac North America. “His deep experience in compaction and paving, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset and customer-first approach, make him uniquely qualified to accelerate our growth. Bill’s return to Dynapac strengthens our leadership team and commitment to our dealer partners.”

Nittinger shared his enthusiasm about returning to Dynapac and stepping into this new leadership role.

“Dynapac has always held a special place in my career,” said Nittinger. “Coming back feels like coming home. I’m excited to build on the strong foundation already in place, work closely with our dealers and key account partners, and identify new opportunities to grow our presence across North America. The heavy equipment market continues to evolve, and I look forward to helping Dynapac expand its reach, strengthen partnerships, and deliver even greater value to our customers.”

Nittinger’s extensive knowledge of the North American road construction market, strong sales and distribution expertise, and belief that there is always a better way position him to make an immediate impact.
