Dynapac has an impressive array of products for the compaction and paving industry and CONEXPO-CON/AGG attendees will be able to see these products first-hand as Dynapac plans to display the full spectrum of paving, compaction, compact equipment, and technology solutions with the theme of “Your Partner on The Road Ahead” in the Central Hall, booth C30931 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, March 14-18.

Dynapac will show case the extensive line of heavy compaction products and related technologies during CONEXPO which spreads from Light Tandem Rollers, Heavy Tandem Rollers, Pneumatic Tired Rollers, Soil Rollers, and unique Tamping Compactor, CT3000.
Dynapac will launch its Z.ERA Range of worlds first serial produced electric rollers along with North American Charging solutions. Introduction of the CC900 e and CC1000 e 1.5-2.0 Ton electric rollers set a clear course on Dynapac’s path to offering for sustainable solutions with all the power and performance of their diesel counterparts. The CC900 e and CC1000 e also deliver the same static linear load, amplitude, gradeability, and travel speed as the diesel-powered models on which they are based, with no compromise on productivity or job site performance.
Brand New Range of 7-9 Ton Mid-size Tandem Asphalt Rollers
The new VI Generation 7-9 metric ton (16,980 lbs – 19,845 lbs) asphalt rollers will be showcased by Dynapac during CONEXPO. The new range includes three articulated models (CC2200VI, CC3200VI, CO2200VI) and additional two fixed frame pivot steer split drum models (CG2300VI, CG3300VI) from 59 in to 66 in drum width. The split drum versions and combination versions on this range also available showing yet another example of Dynapac covering full range of products needed for the North American Market.
The New VI Generation mid-range roller derives several technologies from its larger counterpart that has been in the market for several years. Notable technologies include full seat rotation eliminating defined forward and reverse direction, patented efficient eccentric system combined with active ECO mode to reduce fuel consumption and carbon footprint, full back up water sprinkler systems. Newly upgraded simplified operator control panel for this series with large full color 7 in touch screen display provides the next level of machine controls for the operator.
Dynapac’s renowned SEISMIC technology on Soil Compaction now will be extended for asphalt compaction. Starting with CC2200VI shown at CONEXPO, the SEISMIC system will be introduced on mid and large tandem asphalt roller range. SEISMIC System automatically determines the optimal compaction frequency for various types of asphalt mix design and adjusts vibration parameters. The customer benefits include reduced energy consumption and optimal compaction results.
During CONEXPO, Dynapac and Trimble Inc. will present the next step towards this exciting journey with more details in the booth.
Dynapac will showcase the integrated enhanced jobsite safety system for Pedestrian Detection. The 360-degree, birds eye view with four cameras integrated on the roof along with large 10 in display. The pedestrian detection system will alert the roller operator visually and audibly to reduce the work-related injuries, increasing the job site confidence.
Dynapac will showcase full line of compact, commercial and highway class asphalt pavers along with the IMIX Feeder. For special applications such as RCC, CIR and Airport paving Dynapac will present its high-density paver SD2550CS with THE Screed.
Dynapac’s F1250CS compact path paver is the world’s first remote controlled paver. The RC360 wireless remote control can be operated by just one person, from the ground increasing the job site confidence and safety. The 4 ft path paver tractor F1250CS, is paired with VF240VE front extension screed paving from 3.9 ft to 7.3 ft with optional screed extensions to 10 ft. The front extension screed offers versatility on narrow confined spaces such as trenches, parking lot paving to highway mill and fill work. The Dynapac F1250CS achieves unmatched productivity by having the widest conveyor in its class combined with newly designed strong augers to push thru the material.
Introducing the new designed D17C commercial paver, successor to its FC1700C. With standard paving width of 8ft to 15.5 ft, the D17C is ideal for medium to large parking lots and county roads. With the optional bolt on extensions the paver can pave up to 18 ft wide. The key enhancements include direct drive 16kW generator to the engine along with fail-safe heat management system for increased efficiency and reliability. The newly designed proportional Auger Conveyor system further increases flexibility to control the material flow to the screed.
The D17C will continue to carry the strong 4,500 lbs VF0816 screed in the market for high quality paving results. The unique “Quad-Auger” system is another staple for our commercial class paver for high quality paving results and increased job site confidence by eliminating the manual work needed while paving wider widths.
Dynapac will show its recently launched, U.S.A. Built, North American highway paver line up during the CONEXPO. D30 a 10ft paver and D25 a 8ft paver, along with the Mat Master screeds 20R/16R built for customers success specifically meeting the demands of North American region.

Dynapac will showcase the largest of its range SD2550CS paver with V6000THE High Compaction Screed. Paving thickness up to 14 in and width up to 29.5 ft, the High compaction THE Screed offers unique value in special applications achieving the density needed.
The unique Mat Tracker system automatically adjusts the screed extensions providing next level job site safety and high-quality results for joint paving applications. The paver also made ready with our open interface concept for adding 3rd party levelling or highly desired 3D Levelling systems.
The Dynapac Feeders are known in the marketplace for the unbeatable productivity, high quality paving results and highly versatile in nature. Dynapac D.ONE trench roller features radio remote control technology that allows for uninterrupted and long-range connectivity in the toughest weather and jobsite conditions. D.ONE delivers superior compaction quality using directed vibration technology. Eco Mode, Automatic Vibration Control, and a maintenance-free articulated joint are some of the features that keep the operating costs to a minimum.
The optional Dynapac Compaction Indicator (DCI) is a perfect validation tool for customers looking for real time compaction results. DCI operates with a sensor and series of lights providing real time compaction degree to operator so that optimal compaction can be achieved preventing over or under compaction.
Newly designed DTR75 walk behind roller provides excellent surface coverage and gradeability with the help of the Hydrostatic drum drive. Infinitely variable speed combined with twin vibration technology delivers a smooth surface. The vibration module on the DTR75 series with the selection of two amplitudes along with continuously variable speed selector ensures a smooth surface and uniform compaction with reduced number of passes and time.
Dynapac Rammers DR6X and DR7X are known to deliver extra punch regardless of material it’s been used on. With two different weight class DR6X 130 lbs and DR7X 150 lbs these rammers carry special engine developed for its tough use, dual stage filtration system and a steel cage for tough handling. The unmatched compaction force delivered by the rammers without affecting the operator comfort. The operator comfort is further increased by the dampened handles reducing the Hand Arm Vibration significantly.
Dynapac offers a full range of forward and reversible plates for compacting sand, rock fill or paving stones. The X series forward plates (DFP5X – DFP9X) provide wide coverage in weight from 115 lbs to 238 lb as well as working width from 12 in to 20 in working width. The DFP series can be equipped with low vibration comfort handles with hand arm vibration (HAV) values that permit long working hours. Easily detachable water sprinkler system and block paving mat gives the flexibility to use the equipment for different jobs with asphalt and concrete blocks in addition to soil.
