Follow the steps to immerse yourself into our world

Would you like to be part of our strong team and work for a truly global company?  Follow these steps to immerse into the Dynapac world.

  1. Look for a job
    All of our current vacancies are posted on the Dynapac career page. When using the job search functionality in the job market you can easily find interesting positions. Search for a position that matches your skills, qualifications and interests.

  2. Apply
    Help us to shape the future and send us your online application once you’ve found an interesting position. An email confirmation will be sent as soon as you submit your applications.
     
  3. Pre-selection
    As it takes time to review all applications we receive, we will need some time too to gain an overview of your skills and experience and to discuss your application internally. As soon as we have a detailed first impression of your qualifications, we will contact you to inform you about further proceeding. In addition to matching your qualifications with the position you applied for, we check if your profile matches with other vacant positions.
     
  4. Interview
    When shortlisted you will be invited for an interview, your first interview partners will usually be the recruiting manager and local HR Manager. Depending on the position to be filled, a second or third interview round or an additional assessment activity might be necessary. You will be informed about the further proceeding after the first interview. As an international company we do both virtual and physical interviews.
     
  5. Selection
    Before making a decision, we usually ask for references based on defined criteria. If interviews and selection show that you are the ideal candidate, we will offer you the position with a corresponding salary proposal. All other applicants will be notified when a final candidates is selected for the job.
     
  6. Introduction
    When you begin your employment, you will receive an introduction to help you quickly become part of the team and start working with your tasks in the best possible way.
